Luna and General Photonics to Feature NextGen Products at ECOC 2019

The ECOC Exhibition, taking place September 22-26 in Dublin, is the largest optical communications exhibition in Europe. Visit Luna and Lambda Photometrics in Stand 322 to learn about the Luna 6415, the first product in our next generation of high-performance, high-resolution analyzers for photonic integrated circuits (PICs) and silicon photonics. This high-resolution component analyzer delivers comprehensive, high-speed testing needed for testing modern passive optical components.

Visit General Photonics in Stand 303 to learn about the optical coherence domain reflectometer (OCDR-1000), a low-cost  reflectometer based on a polarization-optimized white light interferometer. It offers a 600 mm (in air) sliding scanning window with a high dynamic range to avoid the masking of small reflection peaks by the large reflections typical of the input surface of an optical device, such as Photonics Integrated Circuits (PICs). In addition, learn about the new first order PMD source, DGD-1000, that can accurately and repeatably generate both high and low values of differential group delay (DGD) continuously up to 400ps.

Luna’s Test, Measurement and Control products offer an unprecedented combination of resolution, accuracy and speed. For more information, view Luna’s complete suite of products and the General Photonics website.
